The most embarrassing thing im willing to admit

Imagen
The most embarassing moment I’m willing to admit ocurred when I was in High School. That day I was leaving home to school and it had been raining all night. This is an important fact because I live in a street where the rainwater collectors always get blocked, so all the street turn into a muddy river. Therefore, that day all the street was full of mud and I was running late to school and obviously I slipped and fell, getting all muddy and dirty. Even I was a few blocks away from my house, I decided not going back to clean myself because I had a test that morning. So all the way to my school in the subway I tried to clean myself as I could but failing in my attempt and making me look worse. When I arrived to school, everyone noticed I was dirty and even when I told my classmates, who were very mocking, what really happened to me, they decided to make fun of me saying that I pooped myself. I was a little upset but also found it funny afterwards.

My Best Vacation

Imagen
In the summer of 2019, I travelled to Bolivia, and I think this has been my best vacation in a while. That summer, my friends from the uni and I had in mind to travel somewhere together. We heard that going to Perú or Bolivia was not expensive, so in December we decided to travel to Bolivia and started planning our vacation. I have a friend from school who had travelled there before so I asked her for all the places she visited and all the advices would be good to know. We had a meeting to buy our flight tickets and write down our itinerary. We took our flight in the early morning of January the 9th and arrived in Arica to take a bus to La Paz. This ride was about 12 hours so we arrived in the night to La Paz. We were very exhausted and went to a Pizza restaurant that resulted in a fantastic experience. We spent 4 days in La Paz visiting museums, important places, and some ruins of an ancient settlement called Tihuanacu. Then we continued our journey going to Copacabana, a village...

GPOY

This photo doesn't mean much to me, but I find that it is one of the ones that interest me the most lately. Apart from being a bit funny, it is part of many photos that I have, having a little close relationship with this type of sculpture. These types of photos began last year, on my first trip to Chile, the truth is that I only knew this country until the Bio-Bio region. So it was quite meaningful and interesting for me this journey. I really like national culture and history. The stories of wars, guerrillas and civil wars that this country has had seem interesting to me. And one result of all these explosions of human force are national heroes, the desire to make indigenous people disappear and of course monuments. A special kiss with our national hero Arturo Prat So I think that a way to relate to these solid figures of power can be from total and immeasurable violence as well as from affection and love, to the point of producing an erotic and romantic atmosphere, in order to ...

A Country I Would Like To Visit

Imagen
The country from which I'm most interested in traveling is Germany . Specifically in Kassel , this city is located in the center of the Federal Republic of Germany. Apart from the wealth that Eurocentrism historically boasts, this city is especially important to me because of a festival that is held every four years. The contemporary art festival called Documenta . This festival is as important as the Venice biennale, but it doesn't have country pavilions, in this festival they invite artists to make interventions and works throughout the city for a duration of one hundred days. If I could have the chance to travel to this country, I think it would be very enriching for me as an artist and as a nerd. Because in this city artists such as Joseph Beuys, the Chilean artist Lotty Rosenfeld, the curator Harald Szeeman, Claes Oldenburg, Bruce Nauman, Pierre Huyghe, among others, have presented and made works of art.                     ...
